usefull stuff, known issues without and with unconfirmed solutions:

msvcr120.dll and msvcp120.dll which shouldnt be required (actually it is but its part of OS...) but for some reason you may have broken system and that may help
just slap them next to .exe and give it a shot. should help with some weird dll problems.
